2026 LADIES IN THE OUTDOORS CALENDAR OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
 
1. Eligibility & Entry

  • Open to ladies aged 18 and above.

  • Each participant may submit one outdoor related photo where only the contestant is pictured.

  • Submit your entry online at www.ladiesintheoutdoors.com/2026-official-entry with the following information:

    • First & Last Name

    • Address (only city and state will be shared with the public)

    • Phone

    • Email

    • Birthday

    • Contest is open to residents of the United States only.

  • No entries will be accepted thru social media.  All entries must be submitted through our website.  

 
2. Contest Timeline

  • Entries Accepted: September 18, 2025 – November 2, 2025

  • Open Voting: November 17, 2025 – November 27, 2025

  • Top 10 Announced: December 3, 2025

  • Calendars Shipped: On or before January 12, 2026

 
3. Photo Guidelines

  • Photos must represent the outdoor lifestyle (hunting, fishing, hiking, conservation, or related).

  • Bikini photos are not allowed.

  • Photos must ONLY feature the contestant

4. Prizes

  • The Top 10 ladies with the most verified votes AND who followed all contest rules will be:

    • Featured in the nationwide 2026 Ladies In The Outdoors Calendar

    • Recognized in American Outdoor News Magazine

    • Showcased on the Ladies In The Outdoors website and social media

 
5. Photo Usage

  • By submitting, you grant exclusive rights of your photo and information to Ladies In The Outdoors, LLC for printing, advertising, social media, and marketing purposes and agree to our photo release.

 
6. Mandatory Engagement

  • Share your contest entry post across social media.

  • Share our official contest announcement post (pinned on our Facebook page).

  • SHARE OUR POSTS!!! SHARE, SHARE, SHARE contest posts, entries, sponsor posts! Let's get the word out!

  • Support our sponsors by:

    • Sharing the sponsor posts on our social media. (MANDATORY).

    • Liking, following and supporting their businesses.

  • We will ask for proof of sharing sponsor posts.  You MUST share all sponsors posts - no exceptions! Sponsors are the reason we are able to have this contest.  We always give credit where credit is due and show our appreciation to our sponsors.

  • Follow Ladies In The Outdoors on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for contest updates.

 
7. Honest Participation

  • Only authentic entries that align with the mission of Ladies In The Outdoors will be accepted.

  • Any attempt at cheating, manipulating votes, or violating rules will result in immediate disqualification.

  • Ladies In The Outdoors reserves the right to make final decisions on rules, submissions, approvals, and disqualifications.

 
8. Helpful Tips for Contestants 

  • Get the Word Out Early → Announce your entry as soon as possible so friends and followers can support you.

  • Share Everywhere → Post your entry in local and national hunting, fishing, and outdoor groups.

  • Invite Your Friends List → Ask all your friends to follow our page so they’ll see updates and be ready to vote.

  • Tag Like Minded Friends → Tag outdoor loving friends on your entry post to increase visibility.

  • Buddy Up → Encourage friends to enter with you and support each other. Teamwork makes it more fun!

  • Ask for Support → Reach out to family, coworkers, and local outdoor groups to follow along and vote.

  • Be Consistent → Post regular updates to keep your audience engaged until voting ends.

  • Show Your Outdoor Spirit → Share your passion through photos, stories, and positive energy.

  • ​Engage with fellow contestants.

  • Have Fun! → This contest is about connection, empowerment, and celebrating ladies in the outdoors.

  • Noncompliance with contest rules = automatic disqualification (with or without notice).

  • Contest has no monetary value and is not affiliated with Facebook.
