2025 LADIES IN THE OUTDOORS CALENDAR OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES:

Eligibility & Entry:

- Open to women aged 18 and above.

- Participants can submit one outdoor-related photo where only the contestant is pictured.

- Submit your entries at www.ladiesintheoutdoors.com/2025-official-entry along with your first name, last name, age, city, and state.

- Open to residents of the United States.

Contest Timeline:

- Entries Accepted: September 19, 2024, through November 1, 2024.

- Open Voting: Open voting will be live on our website from November 11, 2024, through November 25, 2024.

- Top 10 Announced: December 2, 2024.

- Calendars Shipped: On or before January 5, 2025

Photo Guidelines:

- Photos must align with the contest's theme.

- Bikini photos are not allowed.

- Only the contestant should be in the photo.

Prizes:

- The top 10 photos with the most votes AND have followed ALL the contest rules, will be featured in our NATIONWIDE 2025 Ladies In The Outdoors Calendar, recognized in the American Outdoor News Magazine and featured on our website.

Photo Usage:

- By entering, you give exclusive rights of your photo, usage and information to Ladies In The Outdoors for all printing, advertising and marketing purposes.

Mandatory Engagement:

- Share your contest entry post.

- Share our contest announcement post pinned at the top of our Facebook page.

- Share our sponsor posts. Without our sponsors support, our contest would not be possible. Please support their businesses by liking, sharing and following their social media and visiting their websites.

- Follow all our contest rules. We will check each contestants participation and verify all the contest rules have been followed. Not following the contest rules will automatically disqualify your entry, with or without notice. No exceptions.

- Ladies In The Outdoors will be the final decision-maker regarding contest rules, submissions, regulations, and approval.

- This contest holds no monetary value and is in no way connected to Facebook.

Honest Participation:

- We encourage only honest entries that represent the mission and values of Ladies In The Outdoors. Any contestants found to be cheating in any way, shape, or form will be automatically disqualified.
