2027 LADIES IN THE OUTDOORS 5TH ANNIVERSARY CALENDAR CONTEST RULES

1. Eligibility & Entry

Contestants must be women 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States.
Only one entry and one photo per contestant are permitted.
All entries must be submitted through the official entry form on the Ladies In The Outdoors website.
NO entries will be accepted through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, social media messages, email, or any other method.
Submitting an entry does not guarantee approval.
Entries received before September 1, 2026 or after October 30, 2026 will not be accepted.

2. Contest Timeline

Entries Accepted: September 1, 2026 through October 30, 2026
Open Voting: Voting dates and instructions will be announced on the official Ladies In The Outdoors Facebook page in October.
Calendars Shipped: On or before January 12, 2027

Ladies In The Outdoors reserves the right to adjust contest, voting, printing, or shipping dates if technical issues or circumstances outside our control require changes.

3. Photo Requirements

Submitted photos must:

Show only the contestant
Represent an outdoor activity or outdoor lifestyle
Be clear, original, and high quality
Be appropriate for all audiences
Be owned by the contestant or submitted with the photographer’s permission
Screenshots and low quality photos may be rejected because they may not meet calendar printing requirements.
Bikini photos, offensive content, illegal activity, watermarks, and unauthorized copyrighted material are not allowed.
Ladies In The Outdoors reserves the right to reject any photo that does not meet contest, calendar, layout, or printing requirements.

4. Entry Processing

Please allow 14 business days for your entry to be reviewed and processed.
After 14 business days, questions regarding your entry must be emailed to: ladiesintheoutdoors@gmail.com
Social media messages are not monitored for contest questions.

5. Voting

Only verified votes submitted through the official voting system will count.
Open voting dates and voting instructions will be announced on the official Ladies In The Outdoors Facebook page. Contestants are responsible for following the page for all voting updates.
Purchased votes, bots, fake accounts, automated voting, duplicate voting, or any attempt to manipulate the voting process are prohibited.
Any attempt to cheat, interfere with voting, or manipulate votes will result in immediate disqualification.
Voting activity may be reviewed for suspicious, fraudulent, duplicate, automated, or otherwise invalid votes. Invalid votes may be removed.
All voting questions, disputes, concerns, and vote verification matters will be handled by an independent third party responsible for administering and reviewing the voting process.
Ladies In The Outdoors will rely on the verified voting results provided through the official voting process when determining contest winners.
All verified voting results are final.

6. Winners

Five winners will be selected for each month of the calendar, for a total of 60 winners. The 60 contestants receiving the highest number of verified votes will be selected as the official 2027 Ladies In The Outdoors Calendar Winners.

All 60 winners will:

Be featured in the 2027 Ladies In The Outdoors 5th Anniversary Calendar
Be featured on the official Ladies In The Outdoors social media pages
Have their bio featured on the Ladies In The Outdoors website
Have their photo and name featured in American Outdoor News
The Top 3 overall winners will also have their photo and full bio featured in American Outdoor News.
Calendar placement is not determined by vote ranking.
Winners will be placed throughout the calendar based on photo quality, photo orientation, calendar design, layout, printing requirements, and available space.
Final calendar placement is determined by Ladies In The Outdoors.
All winners will be recognized as official 2027 Ladies In The Outdoors Calendar Winners regardless of their placement within the calendar.
Winning has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

7. Photo Usage & Release

By submitting an entry, you agree to the Ladies In The Outdoors photo release and grant Ladies In The Outdoors, LLC permission to use your submitted photo, name, city, state, bio, entry information, statements, and contest results for:

Calendar printing
Advertising
Social media
Website content
Sponsor promotions
Email marketing
Printed materials
Promotional and marketing purposes
Photos may be cropped, resized, edited, formatted, or combined with text, logos, sponsor information, and other design elements as needed.
No additional compensation will be provided for the use of submitted photos or information.
By entering, you confirm that you own the submitted photo or have permission from the photographer to submit and authorize its use.

8. Mandatory Engagement

Participation and engagement are part of this contest.

All contestants are required to:

Share their official contest entry post across social media
Share our official contest announcement post pinned on Facebook
Share contest posts and important contest updates
Share sponsor posts
Like, follow, and support our sponsors
Invite friends and family to follow Ladies In The Outdoors for contest and voting updates
Follow Ladies In The Outdoors on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Support and encourage fellow contestants

SHARE, SHARE, SHARE!

Help us spread the word about the contest, contestants, and the businesses supporting this event.

Sharing Sponsor Posts IS MANDATORY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Every contestant MUST share sponsor posts. No exceptions.
We may request proof that sponsor posts were shared.
Our sponsors are the reason we are able to hold this contest. We always give credit where credit is due and expect our contestants to show their appreciation and support as well.
Failure to share required sponsor posts may result in automatic disqualification with or without notice.

9. Professional Conduct

All contestants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and supportive manner while representing Ladies In The Outdoors. There are no exceptions.

Contestants are expected to support:

Ladies In The Outdoors
Our sponsors
Associates and affiliates
Staff and volunteers
Fellow contestants
Negativity, unnecessary drama, bullying, harassment, disrespectful behavior, public arguments, unsportsmanlike conduct, or negative statements or comments will not be tolerated.
Any contestant found posting, sharing, encouraging, or participating in negative or harmful behavior toward Ladies In The Outdoors, our sponsors, associates, affiliates, or other contestants may be automatically disqualified and permanently banned from entering future Ladies In The Outdoors contests without notice.
Ladies In The Outdoors has final authority to determine whether contestant conduct violates these rules.

10. Honest Participation

Only authentic entries that align with the mission of Ladies In The Outdoors will be accepted.
Any attempt at cheating, manipulating votes, providing false information, or violating contest rules will result in immediate disqualification.
Ladies In The Outdoors reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding rules, entries, submissions, approvals, conduct, and disqualifications.
Voting disputes and vote verification matters will be handled by the independent third party responsible for the voting process.
Ladies In The Outdoors decisions regarding eligibility, entries, contestant conduct, and disqualification are final. Verified voting results and voting determinations made through the independent voting process are final.

11. Helpful Tips for Contestants

Get the Word Out Early: Announce your entry and let your friends and followers know you are participating.
Share Everywhere: Share your entry in appropriate local and national hunting, fishing, and outdoor groups and on all social media channels.
Invite Your Friends: Invite friends and family to follow the Ladies In The Outdoors Facebook page so they receive contest and voting updates.
Tag Outdoor Friends: Tag friends who enjoy hunting, fishing, and the outdoors.
Ask for Support: Reach out to family, friends, coworkers, and outdoor communities.
Be Consistent: Continue sharing throughout the contest and voting period.
Support Each Other: Encourage and engage positively with fellow contestants.
Show Your Outdoor Spirit: Share your passion for the outdoors through your photos, stories, and positive participation.
Have Fun: This contest is about connection, empowerment, and celebrating ladies in the outdoors.

Most importantly:

FOLLOW ALL CONTEST RULES.
Failure to follow all contest rules may result in disqualification with or without notice.
Rules are necessary to keep the contest fair for everyone.

12. Disqualification

Contestants may be disqualified for:

Submitting more than one entry
Providing false or incomplete information
Submitting an ineligible photo
Failing to share required sponsor posts
Failing to complete mandatory contest requirements
Manipulating or purchasing votes
Using bots, fake accounts, or automated voting
Posting negative or harmful comments
Bullying, harassment, or creating unnecessary drama
Failing to conduct themselves professionally
Failing to support Ladies In The Outdoors, sponsors, associates, affiliates, or other contestants
Violating any contest rule or instruction
Noncompliance with contest rules may result in automatic disqualification with or without notice.
Ladies In The Outdoors has final authority over entry approval, contestant conduct, eligibility, disqualifications, winner recognition, and calendar placement.

13. Technical Difficulties

Ladies In The Outdoors is not responsible for incomplete entries, internet failures, website interruptions, social media outages, voting system problems, technical difficulties, or other circumstances outside our control.
If technical difficulties occur, we will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve them.
Technical issues may require contest, voting, printing, winner announcement, or shipping dates to be changed.
Ladies In The Outdoors reserves the right to update, extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the contest when necessary.
Any updates will be announced through our official website or social media pages.

This contest has no monetary value.
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
Contestants are responsible for reading and following all current contest rules and announcements.
