Photo Use Release

By submitting a photo entry to the Ladies In The Outdoors Calendar Contest, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rights Granted

   • You grant Ladies In The Outdoors full, royalty-free, and perpetual rights to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your photo(s) in connection with the calendar contest, future contests, promotions, publications, and marketing efforts across all platforms (including website, social media, print, and digital media).

2. Use of Image, Info & Name

   • You consent to the use of your info, image, likeness, and name as submitted with your photo for promotional and marketing purposes.

3. Ownership

   • You retain ownership of your original photo(s). However, by submitting, you acknowledge and agree that Ladies In The Outdoors is not required to credit or compensate you beyond the scope of the contest.

4. Authenticity

   • You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the submitted photo(s), or you have obtained proper permission from the photographer to submit. Entries found in violation of copyright will be disqualified.

5. No Revocation

   • Once submitted, photos cannot be withdrawn from use in contest promotions or calendar-related marketing.

6. Legal Release

   • You release Ladies In The Outdoors, its representatives, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability or claims related to the use of your photo(s), image, or name as outlined above.
